Classic
Device Libraryexport.pdb- CDJ-3000
- CDJ-2000NXS2 and older
- XDJ-RX3, XDJ-XZ, XDJ-1000MK2
One copy of the music, grids, waveforms and covers
Newer
OneLibraryexportLibrary.db- CDJ-3000X
- XDJ-AZ
- OPUS-QUAD, OMNIS-DUO
Both libraries share everything heavy.
The audio, beat grids, cues, waveforms and covers are written once. The second library is a small database beside the first, so it adds a few seconds and a little space.
- On by default. Every stick Solco prepares, new or updated, gets both.
- Your sticks catch up. A stick made before gets the second library at its next update.
- One if you prefer. Options › Libraries on the drive offers Classic or Newer alone.

4rekordbox sticks
A stick rekordbox made stays rekordbox's.
Solco adds its tracks and playlists beside rekordbox's, in whichever libraries the stick has, and leaves rekordbox's tracks, playlists and played sets as they were. A stick whose only library is OneLibrary gets Solco's tracks in OneLibrary only, so players that read the Device Library won't list them; the export plan says so first. How the export works.
